Marc Black is a dynamic entrepreneur and international property developer with a 20-year track record delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and energy-sector ventures across the UK, Spain, and the UAE. Known for his strategic vision and ability to turn complex opportunities into high-value, high-impact outcomes, Marc has built a diverse portfolio spanning property development, renewable energy innovation, green hydrogen, and emerging clean-tech solutions.
Marc is a co-founder and driving force behind H2 Purus, a pioneering energy technology group focused on hydrogen production, NanoGel solar coatings, and large-scale desalination solutions. His work bridges academic research, industrial partnerships, and government relationships across Europe and the Middle East. He is recognised for his ability to structure international JV models, secure pilot sites, negotiate high-level institutional agreements, and lead multi-market expansion strategies.
Alongside his energy ventures, Marc has developed and managed numerous property schemes in the UK — including residential conversions, new-build apartment complexes, and mixed-use redevelopments — with a portfolio spanning Leeds, York, Doncaster, Hull, and Rotherham. He continues to operate between Dubai, Marbella, and the UK under a suite of investment and development entities.

Marc is a devoted family man with four daughters and maintains deep involvement in charitable causes. He is an active supporter of Barnardo’s, serving on the Firecracker Committee, contributing to major fundraising efforts benefiting vulnerable children across the UK.
Living between Dubai, Marbella, and the UK, Marc is well embedded socially and professionally in each region. He is known for his integrity, energy, and generous engagement with community and cultural life. He is also an active padel player and participates in regular social and sporting events with a strong network of long-standing friends and business partners.

Lucinda Black is a property developer, interior designer, investor and entrepreneur whose work spans Spain, the UK and Dubai. With extensive expertise built over many years, she has delivered projects across Yorkshire & Humberside, Marbella and now Dubai, ranging from full villa renovations and multi-unit apartment developments to housing schemes, commercial spaces and turnkey residential fit-outs, as well as managing a large rental portfolio and several specialised SPVs.
Lucinda was educated at Gateways School in Harewood, Leeds, and after completing her GCSEs and A-Levels began her career in the creative industries, earning a BA (Hons) in Acting & Drama from a highly regarded drama school and training with the National Youth Theatre. While working in theatre, television and film, she also gained experience in property. She later moved fully into real estate, where her creativity, discipline and sense of story developed into a talent for designing beautiful, functional spaces and transforming underperforming properties.
Alongside her development work, Lucinda provides interior design services for projects of all sizes, from apartment styling to full villa design schemes. With a great eye for interiors, her aesthetic blends modern luxury with warm, natural materials and practical, lifestyle-focused layouts. She is known for creating polished, timeless interiors that enhance both liveability and long-term value.

Her role includes sourcing high-potential land and property investments, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing each acquisition from initial negotiation through to completion.
Megan has worked across several property companies, managing diverse portfolios and gaining extensive experience in evaluating development sites and navigating complex transactions in multiple international markets. She holds a degree in International Politics, which strengthens her ability to operate confidently within global environments and manage cross-border negotiations.
She works closely with the design, planning, and construction teams to ensure every project aligns with the company’s vision and delivers long-term value.

Jonathan brings over 25 years of construction industry expertise to his role as Head of Strategic Partnerships, with deep specialisation in roofing systems, cladding systems, rain-screen systems, and glazing. As Managing Director of his own construction company for many years, Jonathan built a reputation for delivering complex projects while cultivating lasting relationships with major clients, leading architects, engineers, and design teams across multiple markets.
Under his leadership, the company's projects won multiple awards across the UK and Ireland, with work regularly featured in industry magazines, online publications, and supplier product brochures. Jonathan's hands-on experience managing every aspect of the supply chain—from initial design collaboration to final delivery—combined with his track record of award-winning projects gives him unique insight into what makes partnerships truly work in the property development sector.
Now operating across the UK, UAE, and Spain, Jonathan leverages his international network and proven expertise to identify opportunities, structure strategic alliances, and ensure seamless collaboration between developers, contractors, and suppliers. His approach combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen, making him equally comfortable discussing building envelope performance with engineers or negotiating partnership frameworks with C-suite executives.
